Seminar: Bjorn Lindahl

The weekly seminar will be given by Bjorn Lindhal who is a professor at Upsala University (Sweden). Bjorn is a specialist of the ecology of ectomycorrhizal fungi. He will be visiting the lab with his student Florian Barbi for two days

Seminar: Sophie Mieszkin

The weekly seminar will be given by Sophie Mieszkin (IAM) next Friday at 1.30 pm . Sophie will present the results of her work during her last post-doc.

Seminar: Esther Galbrun

Esther Galbrun, researcher from the Institute of Applied Informatics of Nancy, will visit us next Thursday and give a talk at 1.30pm in the Conference room of INRA Center. Esther is visiting us to build collaborative research with INRA teams. Her research focuses on redescription mining (see abstract below) and it could be applied to many fields of research in which large data sets with multiple variable are used (e.g for IAM: genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics).

Seminar: C. Guennoc and A. Schweitzer

The next seminar will be given by Cora Guennoc and Aurélien Schweizer in the conference room of INRA next Friday (20th) at 1.30pm. Cora (PhD student) and Aurélien (M2 student) will present their last results on the characterization of biofilm formation by soil bacteria on fungal hyphae using different microscopy techniques: confocal, electronic and laser microdissection.

Seminar: Daguerre Y.

The seminar will be given by Yohann Daguerre in the LGEF meeting room at 1.30pm next Friday (13th). Yohann who is a post-doc in the ecogenomic team will present his last results about : « PtJAZ6 complex in Populus trichocarpa and its role in the ectomycorrhizal development »
