Morin Emmanuelle

I received my master degrees from Nancy University (France) in 2001; I joined the INRA UMR “Interaction Arbres-Microorganismes” in 2007 as bioinformatics engineer.
I’m in charge of the bioinformatics platform, which involves bioinformatics analysis of genomic data, maintenance of the informatics resources, training people to the usage of the clusters. I have particular skills in comparative genomics, secretome prediction and genome annotation. The informatics resources consist in two clusters totalizing 128 cores for calculation purposes, on both cluster a workload manager has been installed to optimize resources utilization.
